Marci Clark is a retired Navy Chief, serving 20 years in the Navy and 3 years in the Marine Corps. As a U.S. Marine, Marci was Sea, Air and Rescue trained; was a member of the Marine’s 1st Marine Air Wing out of Futema, Okinawa. While in the Navy she was designated as a Master Trainer; she was responsible for the design, implementation and training the trainers of the U.S. Navy’s Management, Leadership and Quality courses. Her primary duties in the Navy were in the area of Military Police to include teaching at the Military Police Academy. Courses included Terrorism Counter Action, as well as First Line Physical Security and Investigations. Ms. Clark has a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Juvenile Delinquency, from the European district of University of Maryland. The VA rates Marci at over 100% disabled.
