To date, Mary has successfully implemented and certified quality management systems in nine international and US companies, to ISO 9001, 17025, 13485, 14001 and AS 9100.  Mary has 30 years experience in executive management in quality, manufacturing operations and process engineering. Her technical knowledge base includes SMT, Thru-Hole & COB printed circuit assembly processes and DFM/DFT.   This includes implementation of a concurrent engineering / PLC process to decrease time to market for new products.  Other areas are Organizational Development and Leadership Training. Mary holds two degrees, a MBA with an emphasis in human resource management and Bachelors of Educational Psychology with advanced units in manufacturing technology.  Ms. Chimarusti was also an instructor for 8 years at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) Business School, in the Human Resource Professional certificate program.
