Rose Hughes Steuart is a management and organizational development consultant with extensive experience working with international enterprises, both public and private. She has worked in various areas of management support and institution building, specializing in strategic planning, business development, training, and management coaching.  Her experience has included working at the highest levels of the federal government, providing management guidance and training support. She is an invited lecturer and keynote speaker for federal agencies (DOT, USDA, Treasury, Justice, State Department and OPM) and universities (Georgetown U, UVA, George Washington U, and the American University.)  She holds a Master’s degree in International Education and Training from The American University and an MBA from George Washington University.
